TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
It is easy to belong to the Madrid Film Commission.
The only requirement is the desire to become a member.
How to do it? Complete a simple registration form that can be downloaded directly from our web page or request in writing.
The services offered by the Madrid Film Commission are:

International promotion of the audio-visual set in the Community of Madrid.

To facilitate the process of applying for and obtaining filming permits.
|
|
Provide updated information about professionals and companies involved in audio-visual production and services in the Community.

|
Assistance in the search for Locations.
|
|
Liaison between national and foreign producers with those in the Community, a fundamental basis for co-productions and production services.

The statutory objectives are the promotion and encouragement of the audio-visual sector by creating a support structure for the audio-visual industry in the Community of Madrid.
The unique commitment undertaken by the audio-visual producer is to insert the following mention in the final credits of all works produced: "With the collaboration of the Madrid Film Commission", and to include the Commission's logotype in posters, guides and other promotion material related to the audio-visual work.
The group of professionals in the audio-visual industry must give the sector a positive image, and current and future filming work will also be encouraged and facilitated in this way.
In compliance with the "Personal Data Protection Act", L.O. 15/1999 dated 13th December, all personal data submitted through this web site will be confidentially processed by the MADRID FILM COMMISSION FOUNDATION and stored in various databases created for this purpose with the aim of creating a guide to professionals and companies in the audio-visual sector, as well as making such data available to other professionals and/or companies in the national, European and/or international audio-visual sector.
All the databases are duly registered with the Data Protection Agency.
Rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition of the data may be exercised by writing to the registered office of MADRID FILM COMMISSION FOUNDATION, C/ Luis Buñuel, 2-2ª planta, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Ciudad de la Imagen, 28223 MADRID.
